Car Pooling anyone?
Is anyone interested in car pooling?  i would very much not like to drive down and catch a ride with someone.

Might of been a good idea to post where you are located and need to be picked up from

Good Point.  Really should of had the cup of caffeine before posting this morning, that post made very little sense.

I'm looking to join a carpool and live on Tipp Hill, (just up the road from "Green must be on top)  I can get to any of the major parking lots on West Genny in Camillus, or any place in the Syracuse area off of 690 or 81.  I've never driven down past skaneatles and get lost very easily and do not want to be late.  Don't care either way if who i ride with stops for a few more caches or not. I have not found very many in that area.
Feel free to contact me at brubel_hu@yahoo.com

Thanks

If anyone is coming to this from points west, avoid state route 90 at all costs (not the thruway).  Take 20 east to Skaneateles and 41A south from there.  The Route 90 garage sales are starting tomorrow, so it will be a zoo.

Success! The "organized trip" went wonderfully today. There were 3 injuries that I know of, and none of them were rappelling related! IIRC, the most that BWT has done before is 10 in one day and I think 17 ended up rappelling today! Check the Acrophobia logs, as I'm sure some pictures will show up there!

That is great. I am happy that everyone has a successful climb. I stumbled on this thread for the first time yesterday at around 1:30 in the afternoon and I have been kicking myself ever since. I would have loved to come along on this one. Perhaps another time. I will keep my eyes open for future dates.  Grin

This went off so well, I will eventually check with BWT about any future organized trips. Keep an eye on the "Events & Organized Hunts" board! Last time, I posted a list of dates to get a good idea of when might work for everyone, too.

As far as I can tell, we had 15 people rappel along with BWT.
