Please remember to get there early to find yourself parking. It is Taste of Syracuse weekend, so it will be plenty busy.

I have update the coordinates by about 50' or so. I moved it from a small green area to a monument as it looks like the green area is occupied looking at older event pictures.

As for jobs,
Novac - Video. I think you're pretty set with this, you've done a great job with past productions. Do you also take the group photo?
L of LCMS - Log hander-outer/collector. I've got two pieces of paper to hand out to each group, one being the official log and the other being a note about the event. You will only collect the logs, all cachers will keep the note.

I will be "talking" with each cacher as they come up to deposit their log into the collection box. After you have deposited your log, please try to spread out away from the cache area talking on your "phones" amongst the patrons of ToS until you hear me say into my "phone," "SURE! I'D LOVE TO HAVE MY PICTURE TAKEN!!!" At this time, make your way back to GZ for the group photo followed by the raffle.

I'm looking forward to it! It's only 15 minutes so I don't think I can screw it up too badly! See ya there!!

No, I don't usually take the group photo.

No, it's hard to screw a WWFM up -- unless, of course, you're 20 minutes late

The only challenge is if you are silly and try to plan lots of "events" like raffles and FTF hunts on top of the photo and flash-mob section...THEN you've got to be organized. I would say it was a fluke that I got all my stuff in when I did it, but really it was that I had 6-8 people helping out with all the details.
