On May 13 (yesterday), I logged my 500th find at chrobak_and_chrust's golden ammo can.

I thought I would NEVER get anywhere even close to where I am today.  Hehehe  I hit #500 06/22/09 while out on a day long cache adventure with EarthSciSD in Oswego.  As you mentioned - "Half way there!"  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Windbourne hit 500 just before he left for Japan.  His goal was to get as many icons as he could before he left, including the Wherigo, Ape and Platinum Earthcache Master.  He said they don't have that many caches where he was headed, and that must be true because he left in August and is only at 509 now.
